Anyone want to defend this walking piece of excrement now? He knew he was done, he knew he lost the team, he knew they quit on him after the Kentucky game. He wasn't confident he could fix it. But, even though he wanted to quit, HE WANTED EVERY CENT OF HIS BUYOUT. And when they wouldn't give it to him he hired a bunch of new assistants, knowing they'd probably be out of a job in a year, came back and screwed up this program even more, and now is going to get his sorry butt canned and walk away with all his money.
Defend him sunshine pumpers. Tell us how the guy deserves more time, that he's doing the best he can, and that he cares about what is best for Tennessee. I dare you.
The guy wanted to quit, had all his assistants leave, and then didn't even have the class to accept a negotiated lower buyout when he didn't even think himself he could get the job done. I don't even want to watch another game with this clown on the sidelines.

Reports that Dools talked w/ Hart about buyout after last year's loss with Kentucky.
I don't believe it.
1. IMO Dooley is too strong willed to even think about quitting. 2. If this would of actually happened hart would of fired him on the spot.
But that's just opinion.
