The biggest problem with offering him is that we already have 2 kickers on scholarship (not including brodus) idk if he's on scholarship now.

Doesn't matter. Palardy is useless should just be cut. No reason both him and Darr should be on this team next year, both have proven to be inadaquate.

Scholarships are year to year. It's a privledge to play here. If you suck for 3 years you shouldn't still be here, and especially at such an important position.

I see your point, but if we are not going to pull in several elite players and finish with a top 15 class, what's the harm in signing another elite kicker? He averaged over 48 yards a punt and 90% field goal accuracy at the last camp.

I agree. Not having a kicker, or more than one, who can win you a game has really hurt this team and how the coaches managed a game. We had to be at the 25 or closer to really consider kicking a field goal.
