But the part of this article that most piqued my interest was the reference to the many coaches who have coached together before. This could be a huge advantage. I would love to say it IS an advantage, but the proof must be in the pudding.

As he said in his presser, CBJ has a system that he and his staff have used before, on that they all believe in, one that is "infallible" if the team buys in. With the staff coming in already bought into it, the players may find it easier to buy in as well. After all, it will be a system from the whole staff, not just from the top down as it was with Dooley. I am not saying that the HC shouldn't have the greatest say, but I am saying it is far more powerful when everyone believes in what the HC is saying and doing...That was NEVER the feeling with Dooley. Vols!

wes with thigpen and martinez being very familiar with derek green rueben foster and trey johnson why are we not going hot and heavy after these guys? they are studs!

guy's you just watch this recruiting staff will land some big names that wasnt even given us a look before..we got the right men for this job
i also like they know thats its huge to recruite with the flo,gerorgia,bama,lsu,ect thigpen,martiz,i have a feeling will bring in some high recruites ,we dont even know about right now,
again they got what 6 weeks? a good staff can make some ground up..its not over till its over..this class incoming might be the best signed here since kiffin and fulmer days..and if it aint i have full faith
they can coach these 3-4 stars up and look like 5 stars.

we got aalot of reson to be excited..for 1-we have a proven winning coach&staff& great graham..and ide love to know more about the bama hire coach..ive took my medication already for bed so if i dont make since ..plz forgive me...2 back surgerys and maybe 1 more,i some time get off the path a little..so plz excuse me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...im so excited and its going to seem like 2 years before spring practice.

I think this staff, once they get their feet under themselves, will be able to recruit well in this conference. The only thing that will get us back to the Top 10 and Top 5 classes we USED to expect will be some check marks in the "W" column against SEC competition that aren't named UK or Candy.
