There's already one thing I already think is a breath of fresh air for these kids and this program and that's Jones at least wants to get his kids motivated and it appears he's going to take charge of the team.

For years I heard Dooley come out and blame the problems on everyone else. It was always the teams fault. They were the ones she'll shocked and asking Where's Rommel? It was funny at first but this year I had enough.

At one point this season I stumbled upon a video of Saban after a loss. The first words out of his lips were it all falls on me, I didn't have them prepared enough and I apologize.

Dooley would have never have said those words. Dooley never had control of this team. Not like he should have. Not when he's too busy blaming them and not getting them to have some of that Tennessee swagger.

If you don't act like a winner your not going to be. Dooley proved that.

Now my hope is a guy who does the exact opposite can get opposite results.
