Very surprising move IMO. I can think of a few reasons
1. Maybe CTJ didn't feel like he fit in with the 6 new coaches that were hired.
2. Maybe CDD doesn't feel like CTJ is what is needed in the long run.
3. Or maybe CTJ didn't like the demand of being RC in a league like the SEC which is so competitive.

Maybe in this case that's what happened, but I doubt it. I know DD didn't steer 4 or 5 (I lose count) coaches out the door a month before signing day, so I don't think that's why this is happening.

I believe that being placed to only coach safeties and not all dbs' was a sort of demotion. All coaches want to move up and that had to hurt. So he took a full gig at Nebraska. Good luck to him.

I'm never going to wish bad for our program, but I am honestly over this crap. I am ready for a clean slate; I think there are bigger problems in our coaching staff than we know. I hope Heart keeps Dooley on a short rope and gets rid of him soon. I'm completely over him.

starting to really wonder what the heck is going on up there - this is beyond BS at this point ; you just cant justify 7 coaches leaving all in one year for the reasons we are hearing

Thank You! I thought I was losing my mind, or just high blood pressure. I am really starting to wish Dooley was gone.
