Tons of people in the administration and on that team can't stand Dooley. People tried to say this during the season but no one wanted to hear it. He pisses people off and treats them like crap until he needs something, and that's been true no matter where he has been or who you talk to.
Go ask Palardy how Dooley treated him after the benching. Go ask the media guys at UT. Ask the walk ons how Dooley treats them. The guy is a jerk unless he needs you.
I'm not on campus anymore but I know last year he basically broke down and cries in front of the team and promised to change after the Kentucky game because the players were tired of his crap, and you can just watch and see that Bray doesn't respect the guy at all.
That's along the lines of what I've heard as well. He's just a complete
