We could ask the students for more donations?
I don't think that's going to work because they don't have much money.

Maybe we ask the 'Old Folks' to contribute. They have money.
Yeah, but the problem with that is they went to school and then went into the real world and worked and made money and save money and their pretty smart to be 'Old Folks'. They're going to want something for their donation.
Oh yeah, what do you think they are going to want?
I don't know. Maybe good seats down close to the court and we can't have that.
No, if we do that it's not fair to the students and their what this is all about.
Yeah, I know. So what do we do?
I've got it! We build a court outside because the building and the heat and AC and all that stuff is what costs so much money.
I get it! Then the students can come early and get the best spots and make a lot of noise and that's going make everyone happy!

What about the students who aren't on the first couple of rows and what if they want to sit down at some point?
Well...we could have them bring lawn chairs or we could put the court at the foot of a hill so everyone could see.
I know but when it rains the water is going to flood the court and soak the students.
We could put a roof over everything.
Hey man, that's going to cost a lot of money.

This stuff is complicated. Maybe we need to think about this some more.
