Tennessee linebacker commitment Chris Weatherd is fine. He wasn't involved in any sort of car accident. He said he left his phone somewhere, and he was doing homework.
The Twitter rumors suggesting that something happened to him apparently were just a sick hoax. Carry on.

By the way, I speculated to Weatherd that he probably returned to his phone to find that he had about 150 missed calls. He replied, "Oh, more than that."
A bunch of fellow Tennessee commitments were calling to check on him, along with myself and probably other reporters. At least he knows his future teammates care about him, I guess.
Their are some sick people man.

Could be someone posing as a Vandy fan but there has been a few of them doing this lately with fake UT fan pages so wouldn't be surprising. Either way pretty sick individual
