We may have a better answer on that for you in the very near future, but it would be premature for me to speculate on what his rating might be.

Interesting that he said the coaches were pushing for a commitment today. I believe we usually tell prospects to take other visits or investigate other programs to make sure it's a good fit?

Maybe there has been a shift in recruiting philosophy with the new coaches coming in. This could also be a case where the coaches felt that had an early lead on a player they thought could play a vital role in the offense going forward, and didn't want to rick losing him to another program.

I don't think it's a change of Philosophy. I think that the kid being from Knoxville and having a great amount of info on us already is what drove them to get an early commitment. I also believe they think he may be an on the rise prospect and this way they take him off the board. TWT

LOVE reading these kinds of stories about recruits, and I'm glad we're recruiting some OL. I sincerely hope Pittman can make some big nasties out of our OL, then just need some RBs to step up and make them look like beasts.
