What are the ideal size for a LB in a 3-4. I know you want bigger LB and you move some D-end to play outside LB. How big are ILB usually in a 3-4? Thanks for the info.
I think around 250-260, but I could be wrong.
Your ILB's are usually 245-255, your Jack LB is around 260-265, & your other OLB is around 230-240.
