I like the line CDD started with about making the team comfortable being uncomfrtable. That's the second time I've heard him say it.

What I didn't get - but to me was implied - about Phillips being on the roster. Does that mean he IS enrolled now? Have I missed that news somehow?

Doesn't he have to attend classes before he's officially enrolled? I know that's how it works for EEs...

Correct. That's what I meant by, he's not enrolled. The second session of summer classes is almost over. But he's cleared to enroll this fall.
