His players did very well last year as well, he does have a plan it is just having a plan and the time to get it into place that is what some of the fans are having trouble with. Look it is Tennessee and it is the SEC, when you have to start at ground -15 and work to even get to zero you have to have some time. Will he get it? I don't know but I hope he does, I believe he is what we need and I want him to have much success this year.

Without a doubt, LaTech is better for Dooley having been there. Dykes has taken that foundation and improved upon it. We will also take this already solid foundation, and Dooley will continue to improve upon it.

I just heard it said on the radio: We have a bamboo team, and a chia pet fanbase. Stay the course and put on more steam.

If given the time, I believe Dooley will take this program back to the glory land.
