If he had realeaed a statement about not getting Gruden it would have just had an opposite effect. All we would have heard was how Hart isn't soon his job and Hart doesn't want the best for UT and I can't believe Hart didn't go after Gruden and so on. The fanbase let it get out if hand and wouldn't listen to W/K/R and would even rip them if they mentioned anything contrary to what has been said. These last few days have made this fanbase look silly, delusional and desperate. (Don't get me wrong I am desperate to see this program back where it was. I had a friend tell me this was a BBall school now and I couldn't believe that.)
We should support the next coach until he has given a reason not too. Why do I believe that? Because Strong, Fisher and Fedora plus even Jones and Golden are a heck of a lot better than what we ended up with 3 years ago. The right coach (which I believe Hart will get) will do a great job here.

IT TAKES NO TALENT TO HUSTLE
I really am disappointed in losing Gruden, if we have, but maybe it's for the best. No one even the HC should be bigger than the program. The most important thing is what is best for the University of Tennessee. Is that Jon Gruden? I thought so, but given all this time to think about it I do have concerns. Can he teach kids? Can he recruit? Will his NFL offense be to complex to learn quickly? And so on. There is a lot that could go wrong even with Gruden and if it did then what? I have no doubt the right man will get the job and I will support him 100%.
