I totally agree with this... The only reason Dooley may stick w/ Moore is because he's a junior and Waggner's a senior. (But that's assuming Dooley feels comfortable about his job security.) Moore is one of the major problems on this defense and won't be starting next year assuming Randolph comes back even close to healthy so I'd roll with Waggner.

My only problem with Wagner at safety is run support. But the positives in the pass protection and stopping those big throws I'm sure would outweigh the negatives.
