This hire has me pumped so much it has me feeling conflicted about my loyalties. Now if Butch could hop a plane and head to Chattanooga to take in Vonn Bell's semifinal game in Rossville, GA. Word around town is that Urban and Nick will be at the game. I'm not sure if that's true but I do know that Alabama and OSU assistants were at last week's game.

Nippert Stadium has been around since 1901. That's why when WVU played them last year they hosted the game at Paul Brown Stadium. I can't wait to see what CBJ does at UT with the resources and facilities it offers.

Did I hear him say he had the winningest program in college football? Saban might be curious about that..
I cant say i was that impressed. Maybe Im tired, or jaded, but it was one coaching cliche after another with little independent thought. Doesnt matter i guess. He's not paid to impress me or win press conferences. If he wins, fans will support him. If he doesnt, he wont be here.

He plays in Denver. Not sure where University of Colorado is but I'd imagine it's close and that they reached out to him and asked him to recruit Butch for them, since at the time, we were focusing and were confident on Strong/Gundy

I wasn't impressed with his statement. He rushed through it and you could tell it was to scripted. The Peyton Manning reference was awakward to...
With that said, I thought when he could just be himself and be totally honest during the Q&A he was impressive.

Actually the Memorandum of Understanding sets the minimum for the staff at 3 million. There is no maximum...

All right , I'm sold. After watching the press conference, there is an undeniable energy about this guy. Maybe that is just a natural reaction, but I get the sense he really wants to be here.
