Just spoke to a friend who does the Stats at all home and away basketball games for MTSU, and he believes there is a definite interest, but that Western Ky would probably be allowed to go to C-USA before MTSU would. Why? I don't know. TIFWIW.

I second your comments. I was a Freshman in Boots Donnelly's first year and suffered thru his rebuilding to a strong D-1AA program and am really proud to see how far they've come. I was on campus Friday morning just riding around seeing the growth - it is amazing how big it is compared to my start in 1979.

'92 Grad -- was down last winter seeing relatives in Nashville - drove by the football stadium. It is much bigger/better than when I was there.

The ACC is the new Big East. The Big East is the new C-USA. The C-USA is the new Sun Belt. The Sun Belt is the new dumpster.
Good for MTSU, though. C-USA is a good fit.
