I've seen Maggitt walking around, and he's not walking too gingerly or wincing, and he's doing some stuff on the side in practice. I don't think it's a severe case. But I'm the expert here, obviously.

I just want to make most of you aware that if Maggitt really has a case of turf toe (like Dooley said) and he really sat out most of the week of practice this week, it is very unlikely he'll play against Florida. And if he does play, he'd be very limited and likely to re-injure it.
This seems to be overlooked a bit at this point by the fan base. Turf toe is one of the worst injuries for a football player to have.

- You have no idea how bad or what Maggit's injury is. - To claim that every player who has turf toe is treated and healed the same, is preposterous. - Equally as preposterous is claiming that nobody has played 100% on turf toe. - It is 100% wrong to say there are not variations of degree to turf toe. Anything from a mild sprain to torn cartiledge of the MTP is considered 'turf toe', so YES, there are huge variations in severity.
You want to be contrarian, great. Just don't tell me to jump off a bridge for calling you out on it.

Yes. CrockettTM knows everything about it. Based on much of what I read from him he is either an expert or knows an expert about anything you care to ask him. I think he is currently living at a Holiday Inn Express.
