I hope eveyone takes a good look at this kid. And when he lays the wood to a runner or receiver I think we all or gonna say he's playing out of place. That's a safety that hits like a linebacker. Lol!!!!!!! OMG! I can't wait! Go VOLS!

Our defense WILL be amazing next yr. no doubt about it. We had it two yrs ago w almost same peeps. Now that fooley is gone its ON!!! GO Vols!!!

Speed without heart, athleticism and being a student of the game is like drinking Jack Daniels without lips. We already have speed, now we have more speed. They are aching for a teacher. All the speed in the world is no good if you are always out of position. Remember how far our run game improved in one season under a great teacher? That's our D next year under these teachers. And we have a game day strategist in Jones. This season we win the ones we should have won last year. I have no problem at all with this class. I always want the guys who want to be here. BELIEVE!!!

I really hope you are right. But I will not believe until I see it. Not only were we out of position, we were slow. We did not have speed last year. And as far as these coaches being teachers, or Jones being a game day strategist, let's see it. Everybody can talk.
I love what these guys have done so far with the fans and with recruiting, but I am a long way from being convinced that they are great coaches. I truly hope to be convinced.

You are dead on csaid, these guy's just need some direction and discipline. The defense last year was bad really really bad but I truely belive it was 80% coaching or lack there of than lack of talent or speed yes I said speed. It don't matter how fast you are if your out of position and playing from behind from the snap your toast in the SEC, hell we couldn't get the play called before the snap 50% of the time nobody knew what or who to cover.
