Yeah, our 5-7 team had great results all season. Hopefully, Jones gets rid of everybody from Dooley's staff except for Jay Graham. I want winners and Coach Jones knows winners.
P.S. All coaches want to bring in their own strength coach as they have more year round contact with the players than anyone else on staff is allowed per NCAA rules.

I agree. Consistency is going to slow the change we need. People naturally don't like change, but CBJ doesn't need, "that's not how we used to do it". I say gut the staff unless they are Orange Bloods, and that just leaves Coach Graham.
