Mods? Could u guys do a story on Andre Lott and the VFL program?

  • So many of our recruits have mentioned the VFL and obviously Andre Lott is a very important asset to our University.

  • Also, was hoping for a wrap up/follow up piece on the stories behind the LOIs. Funny tidbits from the recruiting trail after the fact. Think this staff would open up about some things after the LOIs are in?

  • Dooley was reluctant to talk up his players last year, but that may have been because he didn't know a ton about them. I really hope he goes more in-depth in the recruiting celebrations this year. I understand why he doesn't talk them up too much, but I loved the way that other coach we had broke down each player.

    Dooley isn't big on making himself accessible to media during the offseason if there's no news to report, and he's not a huge fan of his assistant coaches talking when it's not completely necessary, either.

    Not saying it won't happen, but I certainly wouldn't count on it.

  • Then from the other angle of what happened with the recruits and the recruiting process...compared to what was reported on them. It would make a great read. All the board's chatter from the different schools, etc.
