Another thing that seems to make Strong a no-brainer is that outside of Gruden, I have not seen a more uniting figure than Strong. The vast majority would love to have him, and at the very least would be okay with hiring him and willing to support him. Couple that with the tweets from current players, commitments and potential recruits, and it's pretty obvious that Strong would have as much support from everyone as a coach not named Gruden could hope for. It's Strong or bust for me unless Hart pulls someone out of left field that no one has metioned, a la Arky.
