Were still very much a factor with a lot of recruits. As many have said a 9-10 win season will help us tremendously.
We could change some minds and snatch some of these 5* still uncommitted if we can just win, we have the recruiters and facilities.

Sounds like we still have a shot at this kid and a few others that have already committed elsewhere. Long way to go till NSD if we can win and get the hot-seat label off CDD's back this staff will produce Championship talent.
Thanks for the update, Ryan.+1 Gotta win this fall to pull some of these guys over.
It seems to me that there are several highly regarded players that are going to visit UT that are committed elsewhere. This is very positive for us.
I'm probably stating the obvious here, but there seem to be a lot of big name prospects that have had UT in their final grouping or still do. When comparing our school to the others, the biggest difference is stability and wins within the program. When the wins come, stability will come, and the bigger name prospects will come. There's no doubt that this year's signing class is going to be largely dependent on the win/loss column.
Looking at what we have coming back in 18 starters, and the quality of those players, and the current coaching staff, I can't help but feel optomistic that the column will reflect more Ws than Ls.
With recruiting, its never over until the ink drys on the scholarship. Keep up the good work Coach Graham.
He would be an awesome addition... GBO

Agree the Dooley issue seems to affect some of the prospects. Perhaps the administration has thought about some kind confirmation Dolley will be there but maybe afraid it will be upon as just a recruiting gimmick doing more harm than good. With that said there, must have been some discussions along these lines to enable UT to bring in the quality assistants they did most having very good secure positions.
I'm sorry, but every time I see this kid's name I think of this....
UTK, Class of 2009
Here is another one who is keeping in contact with Coach Graham weekly, so there is some BO Interest there. When he arrives on campus, the Vols should show him what a UT Scholarship looks like. Lay it down in front of him to show him we are very interested in him. Could turn him around in the breed of dogs from a bulldog to a Blue Tick. Nothing ventured is nothing gained. Take him to the checkboard and let him get a feel of what it feels like being in there, after scoring for the BO. Pull out all stops, you know sniffin kiffin is going to, so let's beat him to the punch this time, but knowing kiffin he will have a checkerboard endzone for when he visit's. Kiffin is like Romney he will say anything, do anything or hide anything to try and get what he want's. Bet he get a tour off the Long Beach Area!!
Does UT have some momentum of late? I get the feeling his recruitment is far from over.
