Gruden is way above everyone on this list, but I would be excited about Dabo as well. I know several members don't like Dabo, but he has won at Clemson and has also shown he can recruit and hire a very good staff. Recruiting and assembling a staff are crucial for success in college. Dabo also will throw jabs at Spurrier and any UT fan loves that quality in a coach!

I would add Chris Peterson from Boise State, David Cutcliffe ( although he has said he doesn't want it), Gary Patterson at TCU, and Gus Mahlzan at Arkansas St. Lure back Jon Chavis as DC and make him the highest paid DC in the conference. Keep jay graham and Sam pitman. Find a way to get Tee Martin back here. Just my thoughts....
