This would support what I said recently in another thread. We are not explosive on the OL. Bad if true(also stupid since stupid can be defined as doing something wrong over and over and expecting a different result).

I did not think the run blocking was That bad Saturday. They ran the ball OK for Florida having such a stout front seven. I was a little puzzled that - when UT was down by 7 late - they abandoned the run altogether. I think FWIW, that they should have ran a llittle more at that point to set up play-action. Also -- Patterson and Hunter dropped some balls that they should have caught that could have changed the direction of the game - particularly the long one to Patterson. The defense also has to communicate better. Too many busted plays resulting in long gains. I still think that UT can beat USCe, but Bama would take a miracle and UT would have to play much better in all phases to beat GA on the road. Not sure about MSU.
