You're going to get a million different answers on this. To me, yes it's worth it. If you already have NCAA 12, then it's less worth it, but still is fun. I played NCAA 12 consistently all year until I got 13 in the mail yesterday. So pretty much I'm hooked on the game in general, but not necessarily because 13 is a spectacular upgrade. There are very few differences in the gameplay that I have noticed (after playing just two games). The main reason I like the new version is just because the rosters and schedules are updated.

You can actually pass over the middle and not have the passes batted down. Cornerbacks are not completely psychic, and Quarterbacks can actually throw into space on the field.

They are downgraded quite a bit. No more super jumps.
