With all due respect, I don't like The Rock idea...with the exception of our rock and some studio...just doesn't mean much to me. I'm liking The Checkerboard though...

While I like either of the options with "CheckerBoards"... "Vols to the Wall" really made me laugh..classic

I wasn't using the radio station as justification for it. I actually was pointing out that Tennessee's student radio station already is called 90.3 The Rock, so it's not a completely original idea.
My idea in suggesting that, though, was that the Rock serves as the "message board" of UT's campus, so it makes sense as a name for an online forum.
