Also, if you go to the third panel, you can see what it is - it's a promo to get people to buy season tickets (and it will probably work)

There is a single seat on the 40-yard line on the Tennessee side of the field still available. If I a) lived in Knoxville and b) had the funds I'd buy that ticket right now...
