New Years Resolutions

Im not big on them, but I am going to make an effort to spend a lot more time with my dad... He has terminal pancreatic cancer. I just moved to Ft Campbell, and that is a lot closer to home. So, Im gonna make the 3 hour drive home as often as I can...

Great resolution. My dad died of that same disease 26 years ago and it took him quickly.
Spend as much time with him as you can. It will mean the world to him.

They are so much better at fighting it now than they were back in the '80s when it took my dad. When he was diagnosed, they basically told him there was nothing they could do. They do a lot now.
I hope they are able to give him a lot of quality time to spend with you and your family.
