I think recruiting is a product of on-field results and recruiting resources like education and facilites. If our defense didn't completly suck and we had 6 wins right now, I think Dooley would be recruiting at a higher level. But, our defense does suck so we are losing and we have to settle for 3-stars until our defense catches up and our on-field results improve or until a coaching change is made that sparks the fanbase and sparks recruiting.

Well my plan is to get a new coach who doesn't settle for 3 stars. Or get a coach who is a proven winner so when we do win 9 or 10 games good players will want to play for a winner... We have neither. Dooley is an average recruiter and a below average coach.
