I'm as excited as everyone else that Gruden is still in play for the job, but please be patient because I don't think he's going to instantly transform us into a super power. Please be realistic AND optimistic. I assume we won't win the championship until 2015 if Gruden climbs aboard!

I think it would be very naive to assume there isn't enough talent on this roster to build a championship team next year. Not saying it will happen, but it is very naive to think that. This is college football. A RS Freshman quarterback from a formerly non-SEC team just beat Alabama, who is the most heraleded college program right now. IMO. I guess what I'm saying is that anything is possible with the RIGHT coaching move. Not saying it has to be Gruden, but someone with a legendary staff would definitely put me on their wagon.
