Evan Woodbery's article stated that the News-Sentinel submitted an Open Records Request for the nature of these secondary violations more than a month ago and UT has not complied with the request by the letter of the law (within 7 business days).
I can understand the athletic department being in CYA mode leading into National Signing Day, but attempting to keep these issues from the local press is not a good idea.
