No surprise but Chizik

Was fired this morning per CBS station in Birmingham. Leader in the clubhouse is Petrino with a possible playoff with Fisher.

That man had a bigger buyout than Dooley. He straight up committed armed robbery at Auburn.

Question is.....how much does the yahoo smoke affect their ability to attain the coach they want? I know, it's a good job - but man I'd be weary to take it right now.

Chizik will not return as AU coach

Gene Chizik is out after four seasons as Auburns head football coach.

This has interesting implications for us. If Petrino is hired, would that open the possibility of Fisher to UT? With Chizik's buyout would Fisher be too expensive?
