Wes, know you've gotta be brain dead due to lack of sleep and that it's just a typo, but second sentence above should be "too" rather than "to", as in "Jerks like me shouldn't be too concerned about grammar or spelling on an internet message forum."

That's funny because I asked one guy about him -- a UNC lifer -- and got a negative right away.
He said Pittman isn't stellar on coaching them up. He said they have had a number of four and five star recruits who never lived up to expecations. Nothing but rave reviews, though, about his recruiting.

Sounds like a good hire. As for the high rated recruits not working out like they should just grab and old athlon and look at top 100. Many players don't have the desire to play hard. Bryce brown a recent example of this.

Pleanty of mega stars that were flops...this sounds like a super hire.

With reference to not coaching-up players as a negative: Like it never happens that a recruit fails to live up to his ranking. By that evaluation, Saban should fire his staff. Not every one of their four and five star players live up to expectations either.

Great article Wes. I didn't know much about CSP, but this helps alot. Sounds like a great hire. We won't really know until the season opener, but I am real excited about the potential of success for this season. Go Vols!!!
