But I have always heard and this may be just a rumor from years ago that over the years I've just remembered but I was under the impression that if he took a college gig it was only for a couple years and he was wanting it in writing that his brother would be the coach in waiting after that

Let's build on that.....
Would it be worth it to hire JG for 2-3 years with Jay as coach in waiting.....
I believe so as value of next couple years is to continue to build up roster with top shelf atheletes and coach em up. I really believe JG would be a recruiting bonanza. If he stepped out in 2-3 years, we would need to preclude him from doing so unless it was a select few pro jobs. No other college jobs a la Kiffin.
