Dooley doesn't know future? Well let me explain it like this: Have you ever seen a frozen duck in a pond butt up?

No joke. I really believe Dooley needs to learn about taking responsibility. He has always blamed others for the crap of the last three years. This does not breed loyalty. This will not inspire others to be accountable too.

He does not seem to understand how important a head coach is. I applaud him for what he has tried to do to instill high character values in the players. And he needs to see that he must walk his talk in every way as the coach. The high character choice he could make is to admit that he has not prepared his players to handle the win-or-lose moments in the games.

Sadly, he does not seem to get that. The champion coaches do.

Is it bad that I feel sorry for Dooley. At the end of the day he has a family but then again id love to get 5 million to lose my job.

Dooley's done some good work at UT: salvaging the recruiting class Kiffin walked away from in 2010; playing LSU to a near-win later that year; getting mostly high-character recruits that won't get booted off the team for one reason or another; building an explosive offense (he's an offensive guy, not a defensive guy by trade) that could hang big points on lots of good D's this year... You could say more. I hate it that things have degenerated to this point in his tenure at UT.

If it ain't broke don't fix it! Whatever our defense was doing in the first half was working why would you change it???? Oh nm we're talking about sunseri, that guy blitzs the house every play and Dooley let's him.

I agree. You could hear it in his voice. It's sad to me because I wanted him to be successful, but it's time.

Yeah I have supported Dooley all the way up to now, but now I have given up on him. His late game play for overtime with 40 seconds on the clock did it for me. Yeah, he gotta go. I just feel like he knows it now.
