Dooley has always met or exceeded my expectations in finding great coaches for his staff. Although I was nervous after Sirmon and Wilcox left, I'm going to sit back and trust my coach to make the right hires. Go Vols!!!

As long as the new D.C is not from the west coast. We can't seem to hold on to anyone that's from the west coast.

While I am glad my fellow Vol fans seem to be feeling better I am becoming increasingly concerned. I have been a big supporter of Dooley since he got here but the ship has got to get right. This hire needs to be made. I also dont agree with him not being concerned with perception. As a Vol fan financially and with several friends throughout the TN program I believe that is part of his job... To present TN in the best possible light.
SO GET THE DANG JOB DONE AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES!!!!!

wow , i like it !!! not sure its as east as we think but at least we are not dealing with any muggings , shootings etc.. and the NCAA is not camped out at our doorstep at this point

Not really sure what UT and dooley are doing anymore,why wait to annouce dc if we have one the longer this goes on i get the feeling that maybe no one wants the job ...... if we wait till monday like i have read to annouce new dc we may lose recruits .you cant keep kids quit that long
