Jay makes a good point in his discussion about the no-huddle pace not allowing for substitutions of his running backs in various situations, and especially the short yardage ones. Sort of gotta go with who is in there at that time. He, as he said, has to be thinking ahead a few plays. I'll be paying more attention to that aspect in the coming games. Nice stuff, Ryan.

Something I noticed also is we don't have a lot of running plays with a true fullback and I do not like this but I'm not a coach. I know the titans went to a one man backfield with Eddie George several years ago and he suffered because of it. I think if you want good short yardage plays you have to use a fullback. JMO
