  • Goodness I hope Dooley and the guys have even a partial fix on this problem. As for Mizzou I think they are getting better and it's at a bad time for us. My breakout player for us is Z Rogers. I think he goes for over 100yds and at least 1 TD. Thanks Ryan +1

  • It would be so awesome to come out and play some defense Saturday. I hope whatever they're doing helps at least a little. Even if we just get a little better i'll take it!

  • I think we will see an improvement this week on defense. I'm sure the team is going to come out and play with a huge chip on their shoulder and prove to the native that they can step up and get it done.

  • Hope you are right, ol dad, but I am going to have to see it to believe it. All year, we have heard of teams having record days and players having career days. So, I don't have much confidence in our ability to stop anyone. That was Troy who put the ALL TIME YARDAGE record on Tennessee last week. I wonder if everyone understands how significant that is. Seems to me every game the rest of the season could simply be a shootout. And we have seen this offense go into some serious dry spells this year. If we go dry and yet another team has a breakout day against our defense, we lose. And that could be a loss to any and all of the remaining teams.

    Hate to sound negative, but this is the state of affairs on Rocky Top these days. Really hard to believe. I started this season so sure that we would turn the corner and that Dooley was the man. What a rough few years it has been!
