After review, it's correctly called a kick out of bounds, although the Kentucky returner actually was TRYING to get his feet inbounds after catching the ball. Weird play, but UK will start at its own 35.

Do we seriously not have a better option on kickoffs than palardy. He is good for one out of bounds every game.
