Oakland couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, wouldn't hit water falling out of a boat at sea, ect.
Some really good defense by the vols, but lots of bad misses in close and generally quick bad shots by Oakland.
UT dominated in the paint. Not very good team shooting from 3.

Refs allowed the Vols to get physical some on defense for most of the first half. Didn't see as much of the 2nd half, so not sure if they allowed them to continue. But if they are allowed to play that physical man defense, we'll be alright.
3 ball is definitely a problem as tourney season comes. If we can't hit them, it won't matter if we have Stokes and Maymon. We won't keep kicking the ball inside to them all game. You'll see Golden, McBee, and McRae try and equal the other team's bombs.
No one on Oakland could handle Stokes and he hit his free throws tonight. Kenny Hall showed up big on the boards with 11 rebounds, 4 offensive.

He shot 2 three pointers that had me scratching my head. Looked like Cuonzo was about to replace him after his first one, but there was only like 30 seconds left in the half. Just not a good shot from our center with 20-15 secs left on the shot clock, but he shot another in similar fashion in the 2nd. I guess coach is ok with it.
Otherwise, he was strong in the paint. But he should have been with the way Oakland's inside guys looked. They were just skinny and lanky.

If he was Hamilton, they mentioned he was now in the top league in Italy. The Hamilton kid had 35 on us last year, most points we gave up to any player all year.
This year they had a younger center and a kid named Bader. Bader was supposed to be a three point specialist. McBee locked him down all night.
