Store is about 7 miles but the grill (charcoal) was already fired up. I didn't have time to run out when I realized I was out.

Salt and pepper is all you need. Right before you take it off, brush the Strips with Olive Oil.

Next time you're near a Calhouns, buy their Charcoal seasoning. That along with S&P is all you will ever need.

These were local as well. My wife is a health food nut. She doesn't tell me what to eat or not to eat but I try to play along as much as I can. That means we rarely have red meat. She makes some killer vegetarian meals too. Plus, she's hot so I keep her around!
