Imagine turning around expecting to see a neighbor walking up and seeing that 15 feet away instead. Could have used flash for a better pic, but moose tend to get ticked off easily...

Driving back from Revelstoke, BC a couple months ago there was a moose on the road and of course the roads were snow packed. I slid up to the moose and she looked at me like GTFO and calmly walked off. Thought the rental car was done for.
Also while trail running around Utah it sucks when you sneak up on a bull. They tend to get aggressive and run much faster than me.
