OT: Pinewood Derby WITH PIC

Guess which car is my son's? :-) (Added the picture this time.)
He got 4th place in his first pinewood derby race and made sure to beat that ugly car beside him!

Awesome man....I hope he beat that ole miss car haha. I still have a pinewood Derby trophy of my own stashed away somewhere. Although my car wasn't that sweet. Good stuff.

I remember doing that during cubscouts. Mine was always super slow.

In Boy Scouts, I made one with my dad the exact same shape as the Ole Miss one and dominated everybody. I didn't actually do any work, but I definitely took all the credit

I live in Mississippi and the Ole Miss car was definitely the crowd favorite so I know my son was especially glad he beat that car!
You could totally tell that a lot of the dads did the entire car. There was a one car with a carved (in the wood) open swiss army knife on top! There were over 20 cars so my son was happy to finish high being that it was his first time.
