I'm sick at my stomach and trying to hold back the tears. I am an ex-cop and thought I had seen the worst of humanity. I was wrong. I'm ashamed to be human right now. Shooting and killing 20 kindergarteners should not be humanly possible. Instinct is to protect them, how is this possible?????????????

Heartbroken and praying. Those families and that community, and even our Nation, yea, for sure our Nation, needs ongoing prayer. Incomprehensible. God help us all.

I've been at work all day and this is the first I have heard of it. Words are such meager little things, and sometimes they just fall short. Unimagineable. Please Lord, comfort the families and shower them with love.
