Tonight I'm putting Boneless pork ribs on the grill and corn on the grill.
I do my corn a little different on the grill. I soak the corn in the shuck in a sink of cold water for 30 minutes. I put the corn on the grill in the shuck until the shuck is completely brown. Bring them inside and let cool for about 5 minutes and then shuck it. The reason I soak it in water is that it basically steams the corn while in the shuck. It. Is. Awesome.

Just finished grilling some ribeyes along with foil packs of onions, zucchini and squash, and button mushrooms sauteed in butter and fresh garlic. Great end to a day at Holden Beach
