OT..With Caldwell gone who do you think the Colts go after?

I have no clue what they will do at this point but its probably somebody who does not mind a rebuilding job.

Not sure who they'll go after, but it's a bit odd that they waited this long to fire him and it happened just a few days after Fisher is off the market. Not many solid options out there.
