As a Ball State student, I absolutely love Pete Lembo. Would I be thrilled if UT hired him? Not really. That takes him away from a program he is building in Muncie, and I also think it would be a bad decision on Tennessee's part.
Let Lembo go coach a mid-ranked team like Rutgers or South Florida, then let Tennessee hire him. Brady Hoke all over again.
