Meant to post on this earlier, but got distracted by coaching situation.
Pig is one tough little SOB. Did you see how many shots he took Saturday night? and popped right up. Tough night for him but he hung in there. I'm excited to watch him the next 2 or 3 years. He could be a difference maker.

For a true freshman and a kid his size to take hits like that is impressive. He's going to be fun to watch the next 2-3 yrs

Howard will more than likely be our best receiver next year. and why do we want him to be a running back? Did no one else notice how great Lane looked Saturday? Everytime he touched the ball he made atleast 1 person miss and usually more. He consistently earned extra yardage.

I love Pig. I think he has a huge amount of potential. It just seems like every time they use him in the wildcat or for a screen, someone misses a block and he gets lit up. He never has had many chances to make a big play. But the potential is most certainly there, IMO

Agree-very tough. I was impressed. I'd keep him at receiver and let him run some wildcat. Probably best use of him barring major personnel changes.

I remember thinking the same thing Saturday. Shew, poor guy got hung out to dry. Glad he's a Vol.

Vincent Dallas also took a shot and held onto the ball on a crossing pattern and then promptly popped back up. Think the play was negated by a penalty, but it was still a nice catch.
