There really is no excuse for this to have happened. If we were recruiting classes full of only 5-star guys, i could MAYBE give a pass. Considering that hasn't been the case, I am baffled.

On the plus side, there may be an opportunity for the new staff to really get in on Bell if the hire doesn't take too long.

Then your pretty sure that its straight up awful, but your torn as to what is the best way to deal with it to make it better...

Then there is no doubt at all how awful things are / have been, and you think it's finaly hit rock bottom so there's only one way to go from here (so your optimism / hope starts to grow)...

After reading this artical, where the heck am I? I was positive we had hit rock bottem and had nowhere to go but up. This artical just upsets me to no end - it's amazing what one thinks they know, or what they will try to convince themselves of under the veil of support. Ugh.
