I wonder if Stokes will pick it up in SEC play. He's been there and done that....but that was with Maymon at his side. This team can do some good things, but some really weird things at the same time. I'm excited about the future, but not setting my expectations too high since Maymon's status remains a mystery.

I am going to take the point of view that says I'll take a win, even if it was UGLY. I may be kidding myself, but I like the fact that we found a way to get a win even though Stokes isn't playing well, Golden ahd a tuff night, and Mayman still isn't out there. I love the fact that we are seeing other guys step up, all be it on the defencive end, and play bigger parts. Keep the wins coming, and please beat Tiger High. I'm from Dyersburg which is in West TN, and all my life I've had to listen to the Memphis fans run their mouths. I would love to see the Vols take it to them Friday night. GBO!

Yes, I too love to see the other players step up. This may be a good year for UT. But I am looking at what all this means for next year. Maymon will redshirt and Stokes is having the classic sophomore slump. Meanwhile other players are earning their stripes. This could create an incredible opportunity for the Vols next year. Again, I am not scrapping this year. I love to see us play in the madness, but I am also looking ahead at potential.

whats going on with Mcbee and golden? if it wasnt for Josh Richardson &Yemi Makanjuola ..we would be in trouble

foul shooting from last year to this year is unreal..hope the foul
shooting improves if not it will cost us against some good sec teams
love that we are winning ..but man this team is hard to watch

3 point shot..besides mcbee & golden either 1 can hit a bull in the a$$..got start feeding the ball inside better..and why do they go down court and shoot the 3 pointer..and half the time
we dont have a guy under the basket to rebound?
looks to me coach martin needs to slow the offense down..mcbee is killing us taking so many shots and missing..when hes hot hes hot..but when hes cold hes cold..golden same thing ..whats the best lineup for us right now?could we see some changes like less playing time for mcbee and golden?
hope we can beat the tigers friday night.but the offfense better step up or we will get blowed out...go vols

Derek Reese is going to be a factor going forward. If he can shoot like he did after getting the nerves out oof the way last night, that will be a big plus for this team.
